Louis Vuitton opens Le Cafe Louis Vuitton in Seoul

LVMH owned French luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton has opened Cafe Louis Vuitton, in Seoul.

Located on the fourth floor of Maison Louis Vuitton Seoul, in the sophisticated district of Cheongdam-dong, in Gangnam, the new culinary destination showcases Korean culinary excellence and French savoir-faire.

With a facade designed by Frank Gehry, and a dome-shaped bookshelf of Louis Vuitton's iconic travel and lifestyle books, the cosmopolitan space is a unique and immersive culinary destination, reflecting the House's dedication to innovation and artisanal excellence.

The restaurant offers a cross-cultural menu curated by chef Yoon Tae-kyun of the Michelin-starred French restaurant L'impression developed in collaboration with three Michelin-starred chef Arnaud Donckele and renowned pastry chef Maxime Frederic. Signature dishes include beef mandu (dumplings), caesar salad with a yuzu touch, delicate meat ravioli adorned with the Louis Vuitton monogram, and desserts such as pear Charlotte tart. Each creation is a harmonious blend of Korean-infused flavors and signature creations from Saint-Tropez and Paris.

Le Cafe Louis Vuitton Seoul is the sixth destination after Paris, New York, Tokyo, Milan and Bangkok in LVMH's vision to redefine the intersection of fashion, culture and culinary journeys. Reservations can be made via the restaurant booking platform CatchTable.
